Warm-up
100 jumping jacks
100 mountain climbers

Part one: PC/TL3= 2 rounds of 20 each
Levels 3-9= 4 rounds of 20 each

Lunges jump (1-1)
Squats
Squat to releve
Squat jumps
Single leg squats

Part Two:
PC/TL3= 2 rounds of 10 each
Levels 3-9= 4 rounds of 20 each

Candlestick roll-ups w/tuck jump
Hip bridges
Single leg glute bridges (3 sec. Hold)
Toe Touches
Toe down punches (bounce up and down- toes stay on the ground)

BONUS ROUND
50 frog jumps
50 fire hydrants
50 toe raises
50 monster walks (squat and walk right to the left)

Flex- use wall
45 sec. Each one- (SQUARE HIPS)
1. In lunge w/back shin against wall, hands-on wall
2. Hands-on front knee, push back hip away from the wall
3. Hips back against the wall, front leg straight, reach forward
4. Slide into a split as far as you can without back leg falling
5. Repeat with another leg
6. 1 min. Frog stretch for middle splits
